Our Process
Step 1: Initial Contact
- Fill out our contact form at the bottom of the page. Once submitted, your information will be sent directly to the clinic for follow-up.
- Call the clinic directly (825) 480-7800 and our friendly representatives will assist you in scheduling your free consultation. During the call, they’ll provide helpful details on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.
Step 2: Free Consultation
During your in-person consultation, you will meet with our expert team to begin your personalized weight loss journey. The consultation will include:
- Blood Pressure Check: To monitor your overall health and ensure safe program recommendations.
- Weigh-In: To establish a baseline weight and track your progress.
- 3D Body Scan: Using advanced technology, we’ll create a detailed 3D model of your body to better understand your composition and tailor your plan.
Female Scanning Information:
For the most accurate results, we recommend wearing a bathing suit or underwear for your scan. However, leggings and a tight tank top are also acceptable if you prefer. Rest assured, the scanner only shows a 3D model of your body, and your privacy is a priority.
Male Scanning Information:
We recommend wearing tight shorts or boxer briefs for the scan. The scan will take place in a private room, and like with female clients, the scanner only creates a 3D model of your body.
Step 3: Customized Plan Development
After your consultation, our medical team and experts will analyze your results and create a personalized plan tailored to your goals. This plan may include:
- Custom menu planning.
- Personalized fitness routines.
- Mental health support.
- Regular one-on-one meetings for support and accountability.
Step 4: Optional Physician Support
If medically indicated, our doctors may prescribe FDA-approved weight loss medications to enhance your progress. These medications are always optional and based on individual needs.
Step 5: Ongoing Support and Check-Ins
Throughout your program, our team will provide ongoing support with regular weigh-ins, follow-up consultations, and continuous adjustments to your plan as needed.
