VP Investor Relations

It breaks my heart when I hear of the challenges my fellow Canadians are encountering in regard to acquiring medical care. I believe that access to doctors is a basic human right.

At Canada’s Medical Clinic we are opening new clinics across Canada as fast as possible. By letting our fellow Canadians show us where these new facilities need to be located. Together we can right this wrong, one community at a time, one Canadian at a time.

Cathy Greenaway

Medical Office Assistant

Cathy has been working as a Medical Office Assistant for the past 17 years.  She has progressed through every Medical Office Assistant discipline and is currently the primary referral coordinator and part of the front desk team. Cathy’s strength has been her rapport with patients and a good working knowledge of referral processes,  specialist’s offices and  what it takes to get patients seen in as timely a manner as possible.  Cathy also has experience in inventory and supply management including  medical and laboratory supplies.  Cathy understands that a knowledge of patients and patients’ needs are important to staff procedures, as the Medical Office Assistants  are  the first line of communication between the patient and the doctor.

Experience has come with years of working in the public sector with people of all ages.  What Cathy does is part of her passion regarding the care of patients and families.  She loves the conversation with patients and making them feel comfortable and at ease.  It can be difficult navigating any healthcare system and that can include getting to know a new doctor and clinic, or just trying to voice your health concerns or book an appointment with your doctor.  Cathy wants to make this relationship between a patient and a clinic community  as encouraging and easy as possible for each patient and their families.

Cathy’s ability to engage with people of all ages has come through her past work with  beginner music students of all ages from Kindergarten to 70+ years old.

Her patience and helpful care have been  assets  and has enhanced her ability to be a valued member of a medical team and community. Cathy works well the ‘people’ aspect of healthcare and realizes how delicate a balance is needed between technology and availability for the patient to be able to talk one-on-one with their healthcare  professionals.
